Did Fruit Contribute to Apple's Success?

Summary: Food with levels of tyrosine allow us to think more creatively. It also improves our daily/creative thinking. Studies show that people who eat food with more tyrosine solve puzzles faster than people who eat food without a lot of tyrosine.

Connection with Health Class: Having a Healthy diet is important for your mental and physical health. It decreases you risk for having diseases which are caused by what you eat and how active you are in life.

  1. I think having a healthy diet should be one of our top priorities even if we're busy because it keeps our body from functioning improperly. I think food with tyrosine help people think more creatively it's actually a medication used to help with depression. It also create proteins in our body.

  2. In my opinion, having a healthy diet is important for everyone no matter how much they exercise. If someone is involved in many activities, it is all that more important for them to get proper nutrients from their food to refuel their body. I think tyrosine helps people think more creatively because foods high in tyrosine tend to be healthier (ex: salmon and seaweed), so people who eat those foods will naturally function better.

  3. Having a health diet is a good thing to have as one of our priorities. If you can handle a health diet then you should always have a way to keep it like that. Having the nutrients that your body will conede to have will also help as well.

  4. I believe that having a healthy diet is important, even if you exercise strenuously every day. If you exercise excessively, you need to get supplements and nutrients from healthy foods that will replenish your system and fuel your workout. Honestly, I don't know how tyrosine helps people to think more creatively, but I'm sure there is some scientific explanation behind it. Perhaps it is simply because it helps your brain think faster, promoting a colossal amount of ideas. A few are bound to be creative.

If you do a lot of activities and you're an athlete, you still need to keep a healthy diet because you'd be basically canceling out the gain you get from exercise with the loss you get from eating unhealthily. I don't know what tyrosine is but it might be that it contains a lot of protein that feeds you brain to make your mind faster and more creative.

  6. I think a healthy diet is important especially if you are involved in other activities. Like other commenters have mentioned, food is used to replenish energy. If you exercise or play a sport you will need more food to replace all the energy you used. This isn’t true for all foods though. Some food (like junk food) has no nutritional value and that isn’t going to help with boosting energy levels. Foods like fruits that have tyrosine are the way to go.

  7. I believe that having, keeping, and maintaining a healthy diet contributes positively to your every day life, even if you are involved in many other activities. The fruits offer you nutrition that can't be gained from exercises or physical activity, and replenishes your systems with the needed energy to carry out your workout. If tyrosine helps people think creatively and impacts the process their brain goes through positively, then by far, it's better than foods that only don't offer any nutritional value. With that in mind, fruits should be apart of every healthy lifestyle.

Tyrosine helps your creativity which helps your thinking so it is important to have that kind of food in your diet. Just being involved in activities isn't going to keep you fit. In order to be successful in sports you need to be in shape and fit which means good diet and conditioning and ect.

  10. I believe that having a healthy diet is important no matter what you do. Athletes especially need to have a healthy diet because they are using so much energy doing their sport. They need to replenish this energy with healthy foods. I believe that Tyrosine helps with creativity. Steve Jobs said this when he was asked why he was a fruitarian. This enzyme helps people stay sharp and promotes creativity. From now on I think I shall be eating a lot more fruit.
